Thomas joined Patkau Architects in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Design with a specialization in Industrial Design from the University of Alberta and a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia. His graduate thesis was funded by a Hampton Grant and focused on material research and digitally controlled fabrication. This research was awarded the Vaughn Berg Memorial Prize in 2016. In addition to his studies, Thomas taught classes and workshops on digital modelling and parametric design at the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at UBC. Thomas is an Intern Architect AIBC.
