The gallery, originally known as Presentation House Gallery, a cooperatively operated public institution, has been an anchor to the greater Vancouver art & photography scene for the last 40 years and become known as one of Canada’s most adventurous public art institutions and an internationally recognized exhibitor of independently curated photography and media art. Admission is always by donation.

We’d like to acknowledge the more than thirty year effort undertaken by the volunteer board and staff of Presentation House Gallery to realize their goal of establishing a building dedicated to the project. The gallery, its mission, and the people who’ve kept it going are a real gift to the community and we are proud to have played our part.
